Take the guessing out of finding that accurate C of G position with our C.G Gauge, which is designed to cope with models with an all-up weight of 300 g to 10 kg. The measurement range extends from 30 to 150 mm, which means that it can handle a (non-swept) wing with a chord of up to about 450 mm in the case of a constant-chord wing; that’s likely to cope with any current model. The gauge can be used to balance even quite large models safely and accurately.

This hook is very popular and has been fitted to a great many gliders for aero towing. The centre cylinder of the assembly is retracted by the release servo which causes the ball ended attachment trace to be released.
